'Service' refers to all compliance audit, consulting, training, and related services provided by Integrity Compliance Group A/S ('the Company'). 'Client' refers to any individual or entity engaging our Services. 'Website' refers to www.integritycompliance.dk and its subdomains.

2. Scope of Services

The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any Service will be detailed in a separate, signed Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement letter. The information on this Website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the Company to perform the Services. The Client is responsible for implementing any recommendations provided. The Client shall not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for Services will be invoiced as specified in the SOW. All payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. The Company reserves the right to suspend Services for overdue accounts.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the engagement. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of our agreement. We will protect Client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability in connection with the Services shall be limited to the total fees paid for the specific Service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen.

8. Final Provisions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our Website or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
